Must batteries be balanced before DIY assembly?
Yes, DIY battery packs must have cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. We ensure single battery quality before shipment, but assembly errors or unbalanced setups after arrival are not covered by standard returns.
What happens if the shipping is damaged?
Please contact us immediately with pictures or videos. If the cargo is lost or damaged beyond safe use, we will communicate options for replacement or partial refunds.
Do you test each battery prior to shipping?
Yes, we conduct capacity tests (less than 2% margin of error), voltage tests (deviation < 0.01V), and internal resistance tests (deviation < 0.05mΩ).
Are busbars and bolts included for free?
Yes, cells come with busbars and bolts/studs. Typically, each battery includes 1 busbar and 2 bolts. Contact us for special requirements.
What situations are excluded from refunds?
Damage caused by incorrect assembly (wrong BMS wiring), charger failure, unbalanced assembly, or physical modification (welding/bulging) after receipt is not eligible for return.
Do these batteries have protection boards?
These are prototype cells without protection boards. You must purchase and install a matching BMS for safety and operation.
