No adjustment is required. The parameters are preset at the factory, and the system will automatically adapt to standard operating conditions.
What kind of maintenance is required for the system?
The system is designed for automated operation. You can monitor performance via the local LCD screen or an optional WIFI module connected to the APP. No manual parameter changes are typically needed.
How do I calculate the solar requirements for my consumption?
For 4000kWh/year, daily use is approx 10.9kWh. For 2000kWh/year, it's approx 5.4kWh. We can determine the necessary solar panel count and battery capacity based on these daily consumption rates.
What is the after-sales policy for these systems?
Within the warranty period, product defects are handled via free replacement. Outside the warranty period, replacement parts are provided with a discount on the original price.
What are the minimum order requirements?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for a complete solar energy system is 1 set. For individual solar components, the MOQ is 1 package.
What are the standard payment terms?
We typically accept T/T with a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance settled before delivery.
