With decades of experience in manufacturing lead-acid batteries, our facility has expanded the scale of manufacturing to develop a wide variety of high-performance batteries. We operate a 60,000 m² manufacturing factory with more than 550 staff members dedicated to production excellence.
Our current production capacity reaches up to 144,000 KVAh monthly, equivalent to 120,000 pieces of 12V100Ah batteries every month. Our products are qualified with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, UL, CE, and RoHS certifications, complying with international IEC standards.
We utilize in-house labs for rigorous testing, including plate testing with spectrum instruments to analyze lead purity (exceeding 99.996%). We execute destructive experiments and extreme condition tests (high/low temperature, short circuit) to ensure every battery meets the highest electric limits and safety standards before delivery.
