Cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. It is essential to ensure proper wiring and BMS protection to avoid damage. Professional tools should be used to detect voltage and resistance.
2. How is shipping damage or missing cargo handled?
Please contact us immediately with pictures or videos. In case of cargo loss or severe damage that prevents use, we will communicate options for resending, replacement, or refunding product costs.
3. Are the batteries tested before shipping?
Yes, every battery undergoes a Capacity Test (less than 2% margin of error), Voltage Test (deviation < 0.01V), and Resistance Test (deviation < 0.05mΩ) prior to delivery.
4. Do the batteries come with necessary accessories?
Yes, each battery cell comes with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs for free. If you require special specifications, please consult us.
5. What situations exclude products from return or refund?
Returns are not accepted if: (1) Problems occur after assembly (e.g., burned wires, BMS failure, unbalanced assembly). (2) Damage caused by charging without a BMS or battery bulging/welding. (3) Batteries that have been used or show wear.
6. How can I place an order for Ready to Ship (RTS) products?
For RTS products, you can select the quantity and pay directly. Ensure your shipping information is accurate. RTS orders are given priority in our shipping schedule.
